    Pilates classes in real-time, with access to 6 live Pilates classes per week. Please note these are not prerecorded classes , every class is live with form correction and technique critique to ensure correct movement. The classes are based on Clinical Pilates focusing on establishing good movement patterns whilst promoting the ability to move with ease and efficiency. Breathing, deep system control and alignment are emphasized throughout.
